With 4+ years of experience and a deep passion for massage therapy, I aim to offer more than just relief—I want to help you feel at home in your body. Whether you’re coming in to relax, recover, or reconnect, each session is shaped around your needs.
I blend deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation techniques in a way that’s thoughtful, responsive, and often a little different than what clients are used to—because no two bodies move or feel the same.
If you’re looking for someone to help you unwind or explore how your body moves and holds stress, I’d be happy to work with you. I’m available Thursdays and Fridays and always open to conversation about what kind of care would serve you best.

Hello! I am so glad that you are taking this brave step for yourself.
I am a Registered Social Worker practicing psychotherapy in Waterloo and virtually across Ontario.
I believe in the power that relationships, connection, and community play in our wellbeing. I walk alongside individuals and couples navigating major transitions and experiences in their lives with the aim of supporting healing, values alignment, mind-body connection, and self-compassion.
I work with folks navigating complex change and trauma - concerns like complex fertility and postpartum health journeys (including TRMR and abortion), grief, trauma, family dynamics, childhood trauma, co-parenting, relational trauma, depression, and anxiety.
I practice collaboratively, which means we will work together to co-create a space where you can explore your unique stories and goals with openness and curiosity. You can expect a space in which you set the agenda, and we work together to get curious, plan strategies, and gently challenge stories that are no longer working for you.
I hold certification in Death, Dying, and Bereavement, and have trained in Perinatal Mental Health and Psychotherapy, Gottman Method for couples and relationships, and trauma processing. I primarily work within Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks, and may draw upon Solutions Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I ground my work in lenses including feminist, Polyvagal, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) theories.
Outside of working with clients, you can often find me adding to my TBR list, on a bike, or lifting weights. I am a Director at Emmanuel Early Learning and Care, and am a member of the National Abortion Federation.
If you have questions about working together, if you would like to discuss Sliding Scale fees, or if you would like to connect in writing instead of a Discovery Call, please email me at carly.greco.msw@gmail.com for more information.

Please note: At the moment my practice is full and I am not able to accept new clients.
Welcome!
I am a registered social worker, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® and Tao of Trauma & Co-regulating Touch/Table Work Practitioner, located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
I draw from my curiosity and compassion to hold space, explore, and co-create healing conversations with body and mind. I work with experiences folks have had around developmental, pre- and perinatal, relational, and complex traumas including stress; grief & loss; anxiety and depression; difficult life transitions; and challenging relationships.
Together, we will explore: turning inward, establishing a sense of safety, slowing down to listen to the body, co-regulation and settling of the nervous system; listening compassionately to emotions; connecting with inner wisdom and the innate capacity we have for healing; deepening relationships; finding more of “ourselves”; and, reconnecting to life energy, playfulness, and joy.
I have training in attachment theory, human development, complex and developmental trauma, the neurophysiology of trauma, and healing through somatic touch and table work. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems-Informed (IFSCA) and Attachment-focused principles to invite a compassionate, strengths-based, & resilience-promoting perspective to the folks with whom I share space.
I also offer co-regulating touch / table work – a holistic body/mind method that addresses ways in which emotional pain and stress are held in our bodies, supporting people to find nervous system settling and coherence. I have completed trainings in somatic touch skills and developmental trauma with Alaine Duncan, Kathy Kain, and Steve Terrell.
I offer a no-obligation 15 minute video consult for us to meet together, discuss your interest in my work, explore whether we are a good match in working to meet your goals, and possible next steps.
To those of you pursuing SEP training, I am qualified to offer personal sessions at the Beginner and Intermediate Levels to students in the Provinces of Ontario and Alberta.
If you are interested in working with me, I invite you to email me directly at mysacounselling@gmail.com.

Pilates, Personal Trainer, and Movement Specialist
Hi! I’m Aidan! It is a pleasure to meet you. I am a Level 3 Body Harmonics® Contemporary Pilates instructor. I teach Reformer, Mat, and Apparatus Pilates within the Eve Gentry lineage.
I am also a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and draw from a body of evidence-based functional training and modern exercise science to provide a spine-safe, individualised, and holistic experience.
Who I Work With
I have experience working with a diverse range of clients:
-
People who have not been in regular structured exercise classes before, or are wanting to get back into fitness.
-
People who want an individualised approach to exercise outside of a gym-based setting.
-
Those who are already Pilates students, or who come from other sports, athletic, or artistic movement backgrounds and want to deepen their practice.
-
People who have been referred to Pilates through their doctors or physiotherapists.
I wish to make this a space where everybody is welcome, and strive to create an environment of mutual trust and understanding. I do ask that you let me know if you have any questions, thoughts, or concerns so that I can learn how best to support you through your movement journey.
What We Will Do Together
Our bodies are made to move. The more options your spine, hips, and shoulders have when moving around the world, the more you will be able to keep doing the things that are important to you throughout all aspects of life. We will work collaboratively to build a toolbox of options for strong and successful movement.
-
We will begin with a comprehensive assessment of your goals, expectations, health and movement history.
-
We will work together to construct an exercise plan that helps you meet your goals.
-
Sessions will be tailored to where you are at on the day – energy levels, health conditions, etc. – so that you can leave feeling strong and successful each and every time.
I focus on training motions, not muscles. You will notice improvements to strength, balance, and flexibility as we work together; however, whether you add muscle bulk depends on your diet, genetics and the way we train. You may not get chiseled abs definition – but you will certainly notice more strength and your shoulders and hips will feel stronger and more mobile.
It takes between 2 and 6 weeks for our muscles to begin to remodel according to the demands of an exercise, so repetition is our friend here. We will initially focus on building familiarity and confidence, adding progressions over time to allow your body get stronger according to principles of progressive overload and specific adaptation to imposed demand.
Importantly, my philosophy means meeting you where you are at every session and using a combination of exercises designed to build strength, flexibility, and resilient, dynamic posture.

-
I have lived in 5 different countries across 3 continents (including North America, Europe, and East Asia).
-

I also do ask that you cancel in the event of illness, acute pain flare, or musculoskeletal injury. In the event that you are not feeling well before sessions, I would rather you prioritize rest and healing until you are ready to return to movement.
