With 4+ years of experience and a deep passion for massage therapy, I aim to offer more than just relief—I want to help you feel at home in your body. Whether you’re coming in to relax, recover, or reconnect, each session is shaped around your needs.
I blend deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation techniques in a way that’s thoughtful, responsive, and often a little different than what clients are used to—because no two bodies move or feel the same.
If you’re looking for someone to help you unwind or explore how your body moves and holds stress, I’d be happy to work with you.
I’m available Thursdays and Fridays and always open to conversation about what kind of care would serve you best.

Hello! I am so glad that you are taking this brave step for yourself.
I am a Registered Social Worker, and I walk alongside and hold space for individuals and couples navigating complex fertility and reproductive health journeys including TRMR and abortion; grief and bereavement; trauma; family dynamics and childhood experiences; relationships; meaning-making; communication; stress and burnout; and depression and anxiety. I believe strongly in the power that relationships, connection, and community play in our wellbeing.
We will work together to co-create a space where you can explore your unique stories and goals with openness and curiosity. You can expect a space in which you set the agenda, and I offer curiosity, perspective, strategies, and challenge to support your journey.
I hold certification in Death, Dying, and Bereavement through WLU, and have trained in Perinatal Mental Health and Psychotherapy through Postpartum Support International, and the Gottman Method for couples and relationships through the Gottman Institute. I primarily work within Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks, and may draw upon Solutions Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I ground my work in lenses including feminist, Polyvagal, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) theories.
Outside of working with clients, you can often find me on a bike, lifting weights, or lost in a good book. I am a Director at Emmanuel Early Learning and Care, and am a member of the National Abortion Federation.
If you have questions about working with me, if you would like to discuss Sliding Scale fees, or if you would like to connect in writing instead of a Discovery Call, please email me at carly.greco.msw@gmail.com for more information.
